What is Super Streaming?

• We make video streams more fun by providing prediction games while you watch. It attaches directly onto existing Super Streaming videos on the platforms you already use.

What are Prediction Games on Super Streaming?

• Prediction Games are interactive trivia-style games that allow viewers to predict outcomes or answer questions related to the live stream they’re watching. Participants earn points based on the accuracy and speed of their responses, competing on a leaderboard for prizes.

How do I participate in a Prediction Game?

• Prediction games are available for Desktop Web devices using the Google Chrome Browser. Below are the 4 steps you need to take to get you in the game:

Step 1: Install the Chrome Plug-In on the Super Streaming Chrome store or click on the “Install to Play” button above.

Step 2: Click on the jigsaw puzzle icon to the right of the address bar, then the Pin icon to pin it to your Chrome browser.

Step 3: Sign in using your Google Account to register.

Note: Prior to the Saturday Live Event, you can join the contest by clicking the “JOIN THE GAME” button in the plug-in window.

Step 4: Now you are ready to answer game questions during the stream directly below the video during playback.

What can I win by playing Prediction Games?

• Prizes are hand-curated by the Super Streaming Team for Every Stream. We show the first-place prize on the top right of the overlay, and you can see all prizes by clicking on the View Prizes button on the Leaderboard Screen.

Are Prediction Games free to play?

• Yes, Prediction Games on Super Streaming are free to participate in. There’s no cost to play. You can join one free-to-play contest for each live stream video at a time.

How do I see my ranking on the leaderboard?

• Click on the Menu button on the top left of the overlay, then click leaderboard. Your ranking on the leaderboard will be displayed in real-time. You can check your position throughout the game to see how you stack up against other players.

Can I play Prediction Games on mobile devices?

• Re-open this page on your mobile device for instructions on how to play using our mobile companion app.

What happens if I lose connection during a Prediction Game?

• If you lose connection during a game, you can rejoin as long as the game is still active. Your previous points will be saved, but you may miss out on some questions depending on how long you were disconnected.

How do I claim a prize if I win?

• You also must be 18 years or older to claim a prize.

• If you win a prize, you’ll receive an email notification via the Super Streaming Customer Service team with instructions on how to claim your reward. Depending on the prize, you may need to provide additional information for shipping or delivery.

Do I need to create an account to play Prediction Games?

• Yes, you’ll need to click the sign-in button using your Google account to participate in Prediction Games. This allows the platform to track your points, save your progress, and ensure you’re eligible for prizes.

I already have the Super Streaming Plug-In Installed, do I also need the Super Streaming Plug-In to Play?
• No, both the Super Streaming and Super Streaming Plug-Ins will work for enabled live streams. The Super Streaming plug-in is built custom for Super Streaming content, features, and sponsors. The Super Streaming plug-in offers Super Charged content across multiple content creator partners.

Who can I contact if I have issues with a Prediction Game?
• If you encounter any problems or have additional questions during a Prediction Game, you can contact Super Streaming’s customer support team through the help center on the platform. They’ll assist you with any issues you might have.
