Can I feature multiple sportsbooks in one stream?
We do have the ability to show multiple odds from multiple sportsbooks. If you have an exclusive sponsorship with a OSB or DFS operator you might upset them and be in breach of your contract. If you are an affiliate then this might make more sense.
What happens if a viewer’s bet doesn’t go through?
Betting and wallet transactions are handled by the sportsbook or daily fantasy operator, any troubleshooting with bet placement, location checking, registration, deposits, payout and withdrawals need to be taking up directly with the operator.
Are live betting odds updated in real-time?
Yes, our odds provider syncs directly with the sportsbooks and daily fantasy sites for accuracy.
How are commissions calculated for creators?
Commissions are based on a new user customer registrations, deposit and bet through affiliate links. Reporting for activity of these requirements can be obtained from the Super Streaming client portal. Please note commission payouts take 45 days or more to reconcile.
Are daily fantasy sports integrated?
Yes, platforms like PrizePicks and Underdog Fantasy are fully supported.
Does Super Streaming track betting revenue?
For existing customers of a sportsbook or daily fantasy operator, that data is collected by the operator after the transaction is completed.
Super Streaming is able to collect reporting on new customer acquisitions, such as registrations, deposits and life-time revenue to conconcile the affiliate secondary payments.
Can viewers switch sportsbooks during a stream?
If a user choses make a bet with another sportsbook or daily fantasy site using the betting information provided by the creator via Super Streaming's technology, the creator nor Super Streaming can stop them from doing so and this is a common occurrence. There are no negative or positive outcomes for this use case.
Is there a delay in displaying betting results?
No, results are displayed in real-time as soon as they are updated by the sportsbook.
