How many products can I feature in one stream?
There’s no limit to how many products you can showcase.
Can I schedule product highlights in advance?
You can showcase featured items on the Super Streaming landing page. You are also welcome to promote them however you'd like on your earned (social) or owned media channels.
Are discounts or promotional codes supported?
Yes. During the point of sale via Shopify they can enter in any discount or promotional codes that have been distributed to the buyer.
What happens if my Shopify store goes offline?
Super Streamings technology is deeply integrated with Shopify so if your store goes offline then we will not be able to display or faciliatate purchase of those products until it is back online again.
Can viewers add items to a cart during a stream?
Yes. When a user clicks on an item or wins the rights to purchase an item, it gets put into their shopify cart to purchase. Please note: when a viewer wins a bid via the auction product, they will have 48 hours to purchase it until it is released back to the content creator or brand for resale.
Can I host giveaways during a stream?
Because we go through the shopify POS you would have to provide codes to make the item free. The inventory for any sort of giveaway would be managed through Shopify so you don't giveaway more items than what you have inventory for.
Are refunds or returns handled by Super Streaming?
No, refunds and returns are managed through you and your Shopify store.
Does Super Streaming support multiple currencies for international viewers?
Yes, as long as your Shopify store is set up to handle international currencies.
Does Super Streaming support international shipping?
Similar to support of multiple currencies, if your Shopify account is set-up for international fufillment then Super Streaming can faciliate the transaction of an international purchase.
Can I feature affiliate products?
If you have affiliate products configured in Shopify, then Super Streaming will facilitate the transaction of a affilaite product from your Shopify Account.
